My restless heart

I couldn't sleep tonight. And I was constantly waking up.
Lots of various thoughts are coming through my mind and lots of various emotions are coming through my heart. It seems restless today, like a bird caught in a cave...
My ideas about my life sometimes scares me cause everything seems new to me now.
