Museums' Thursday

Will it be my Thursday's tradition to start my day with visiting Tate Britain? ;) Maybe... Today there was another curators' talk but this time about the Classified exhibition. They talked for about an hour about the display in general and then about each room and artist. I enjoyed it very much. When I first saw the exhibition I didn't pay so much attention to all the details that I've heard today :)
I go to Victoria Gardens next to The Houses of Parliament almost every time I'm at Tate. I like to sit on the grass there :))

Since yesterday I planned to go to the Fashion and Textile Museum so I crossed the river on Westminster Bridge and took the Thames Path.
In front of The Southbank Centre there was a nice artwork made by a Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama Ascention of Polkadots on the Trees (2009).

The way to the Fashion & Textile Museum was a bit tricky because of maintenance works. The shortest way was closed so I had to use the alternative one. I didn't find it very safe... The road under the bridge looked rather scary to me...
Luckily, I managed to get there safe and sound :)
There's now on display Undercover: The Evolution of Underwear. Tempting? ;) That's why I went there and paid £6.50 ;)) And finally I've found a museum where you can take as many photos as you like! :)

Why the most beautiful underwear has to be so expensive?? :(
The museum shop made me crazy - so many wonderful earrings! :) Let me just find a job and then ... ;))
